Relaxation - REIKI - Mind Body Soul Video
The first in a set of videos I'm putting together for relaxtion meditation and stress relief. Beautiful music from Llewellyn and a collection of beautiful pictures all combine to give a relaxing ambience. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A very powerful and beautiful music. The pictures are so wonderful and perfectly compliments the sounds and relaxing music. Use this to accompany you during your meditations. Or, use it as a very nice background when you're doing your healing sessions. Or, just simply close your eyes and use your breath to help you transcend the physical. I know people that do reiki for like 10 years and never had a problem. Reiki is pure love, but you have to clean yourself after a reiki session. Also is good if you clean places (if you're in level 2).
It's (that's what i think) impossible that you saw demons because, in my opinion, demons don't exist... bad spirits yes, but not demons, and those "bad" spirits are just spirits that didn't find the light in their lives, because we r all God's creations and we r all good souls :)

@AndreAlchimia the first days i was extremely happy i can cure other people with my hand etc...but then i realised that i get nightmares and i see a shadow in my room and sometimes i wake up from bed and found my self in the air and some thing like a demon setting on my chest can't breath...till i quited this and asked god for help by a simple prayer for the sake of a good life.

F.Y.I. to all you New Age hooligans... This might be "relaxing" and pretty. sure. It just about put me to sleep. But this doesn't have ANYTHING on the presence of the God of the Bible. If you would like to at least ask God, to make himself known to you with his presence just ask. It's 1000x better than sweet bells, chirping birds, and pretty pictures.
